I wrote the following on January 19th, 2016. I feel it has aged well. A journalist suggested writing down what you believe before the inauguration. I think the idea was that your mind might be changed by the onslaught of stupidity and propaganda that Trump brings. More so than with other politicians. Trump is a narcissist of very high degree. My first flights were on sadly departed PanAm airlines. I've always felt nostalgic for that airline. Last week I flew back to Minnesota. It was an eventful week. Monday I observed the interesting phenomena of a bunch of people suddenly getting back to me. I think after holidays and the end of the year and attempted insurrection as distractions, people finally got back to work. As shocking as it was to see white supremicists, faux-nazis, and other low life Trump supporters storming the capital, it isn’t truly surprising. This is like divorcing a narcissits. When you try to divorce a narcissist they do bad things. I’ve gone through it twice (one ex-wife, one ex-business partner). Narcissists can’t let anyone be more successful than them. Firstly, I don’t claim this is authentic Thai Curry. It started as a recipe from a book by chef Mai Pham and then it gradually evolved over the years of my cooking it. Also, this is not an exact recipe. I consistently use The seasonings in the ingredients section. The specific vegetables used vary with what you have on hand.
